1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
4 tbsp chili sauce
1/2 tbsp tamarind paste
Salt & sugar to taste

Ingredients: blend
30 dried chillies
2 onions or 15 shallots
6 garlic
2 tbsp dried shrimp
2 tbsp Taucho (salted soya beans) - Tamim brand
1/2 tsp tumeric
1/2 tsp shrimp paste powder or belacan

1 tsp white pepper
1 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp vinegar
