Recipe
Ingredients:
Red snapper / Sea Bass / Mackerel / Tengiri
2 lemongrass (crushed)
1 tsp tumeric
Salt & sugar to taste
1/2 ikan bilis cube (optional)
Sliced ingredients:
1 onions or 6 shallots
3 garlic
3 cm ginger (julienne)
4 cm lengkuas (bruised)
2 Red & green chillies
Optional: Bird's eye chillies
Tamarind Water : Soak & strain
2 tamarind pulp
3 cups water
{or 3 tbsp Adabi tamarind paste)
Belacan mixture : Mix well
2 tbsp shrimp paste (belacan / terasi)
1/2 cup water
