BEEF CURRY










 









Beef Curry
Ingredients 1 kg beef /mutton - boiled Potatoes 2 tomatoes 2 lemongrass 1 onion - slice 3 garlic - slice 4cm ginger - slice 1 cinnamon stick 2 star anise 4 cardamom 6 cloves 2 sprigs curry leaves 2 bay leaves 1/2 tsp fenugreek seeds 2 tbsp chilli paste 1 tsp tumeric powder 3 tbsp meat curry powder 2 tbsp briyani powder (Faiza / Adabi brand) 1 tbsp kerutuk powder (Adabi) 1 tbsp chillie powder 1 tbsp garam masala 200 ml coconut cream
50 ml evaporated milk 1 tbsp tamarind paste 1 tbsp palm sugar 1/2 tbsp almond powder 1 tbsp kerisik 200 ml coconut cream 1/2 tbsp tamarind paste Salt to taste Ingredients: blend 2 onions or 20 shallots 5 garlic 5 cm ginger 4 cm galangal 5 candlenuts

PULUT KUNING




Pulut Kuning or Yellow Glutinous Rice delicious fragrant sticky rice serve with rendang or curry dish.
