Recipe
1/2 kg basmati rice (India Gate)
Chicken / 4 whole leg chicken
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tbsp ghee
1 onion (diced)
1 tbsp ginger & garlic paste
2 pandan leaves
3/4 can evaporated milk
1/2 can tomato puree
Chicken stock or Chicken granules
Coriander leaves
Salt to taste (if require)
optional: raisins
Spices
1 cinnamon
2 star anise
3 cardamoms
4 cloves
Chicken Marinate:
1 tbsp Briyani spices (National brand)
1 tbsp chillie powder
1 tsp tumeric powder
1 tbsp coriander powder
1 tsp fennel powder
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tbsp kurma powder
2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1/2 tsp salt
Acar Salad
Jicama (Sengkuang)
Cucumber
Carrot
Pineapple
Red Chillies
2 tbsp sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1 tbsp vinegar
