Baked Butter Chicken Curry Leaves
Recipe
Ingredients:
Chicken
(squeeze lime and salt over chicken for 5 mins, rinse & drain)
2 onion (slice)
4 Potatoes (cut into wedges)
2 sprigs curry leaves
1/4 -1/2 cup evaporated milk
3 tbsp corn syrup
Blended Ingredients:
1 onion (or 12 shallots)
4 garlic
3 cm ginger
Spice mix : (marinate for 10 mins)
3/4 tbsp tumeric
1 tsp Salt
1 tbsp curry powder
1 tbsp chillie powder
3/4 tbsp coriander powder
1 tsp fennel powder
1 tsp cumin powder
optional: 1 tbsp chicken granules
