SOTONG MASAK HITAM




















Sotong Masak Hitam (Spicy Black Squid)                        

Ingredients:
Squids
2 lemongrass
2 sprigs curry leaves (or lime leaves)
4 - 6 chillie padi (optional)

Blended ingredients:
2 onions or 20 shallots
4 garlic
3 cm ginger

1 tbsp curry powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp fennel powder
1 tsp cumin powder
1/4 tsp chillie powder (optional)

Sugar & salt to taste
1/4 tsp tamarind paste
