BEEF STEW
Beef Stew
Beef / Ribs / Oxtail
3/4 tbsp black pepper
1/2 tsp salt
6 garlic (minced)
2 tbsp flour
1 tsp mix herbs
4 tbsp sweet soya sauce (adjust to taste)
1 tsp paprika
Beef stock / Water
4 tbsp olive oil
2 onions
1 carrot
2 celery stalk
2 ginger slices
2 bay leaves
1 cinnamon
1 star anise
3 cloves
Salt to taste
Celery leaves
1 tsp nutmeg

Sambal Tumis
Ingredients:
2 cup chilli paste
2 onion or 20 shallots
5 garlic
4 cm ginger
1 tbsp Ikan bilis
1/2 tbsp belacan
1 tsp tumeric powder
2 tbsp fried ikan bilis
1 onion
1 tbsp palm sugar
Salt & sugar to taste
1 tbsp chicken granules / 1 ikan bilis cube / seasoning
1/2 tsp tamarind paste
1/4 cup water

1 tbsp Briyani spices (National Brand)
1 tbsp coriander powder
1/2 tbsp fennel powder
1/2 tbsp cumin powder
1 tsp garam masala

2 pandan leaves
2 green chillies

3 tbsp tomato puree
4 tbsp lime juice
