40 dried red chillies
2 onions or 20 shallots
6 garlic
3 cm ginger
Mix Sauce:
2 tbsp chilli sauce
2 tbsp tomato sauce
Optional:
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tsp sugar
Fried shallots
Lime
