Siput Masak Lemak Cili Padi
Recipe
Ingredients:
Siput / Balitong / Mud Creeper / Blunt Creeper / Sea snails
2 lemongrass
2 tumeric leaves
5 lime leaves
2 dried tamarind slices
2 packs coconut milk (400ml)
Sugar and salt to taste
Blended Ingredients:
2 red chillies
2 green chillies
5 - 6 chillie padi
8 - 12 shallots
5 garlic
3 cm ginger 3/4 tbsp tumeric powder or 4 cm fresh tumeric
4 candlenuts
4 - 5 tbsp vegetable oil
