Ingredients: Rice Vermicelli noodles Beansprouts Chives Eggs Beancurd 1 - 2 tbsp dried shrimp 1/2 tbsp belacan 1 tsp turmeric powder 2 tbsp Taucho or fermented soy beans 1 - 2 tbsp tamarind paste (adjust to taste) Salt and sugar to taste 100 ml Coconut cream 2 tbsp toasted peanuts Prawn & anchovies stock: Prawn shells & heads 12 large anchovies 1 tbsp oil Sambal Paste - blend 30 dried chillies 3 onions or 20 shallots 8 garlic
