1 -2 tbsp mee Hongkong onion paste
1 tbsp black pepper
2 tbsp white pepper
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tsp sugar
3 - 4 tbsp fish sauce
1/4 tsp salt (optional)
Fish cakes or quail eggs
Pickled Chillies
Ingredients:
6 Red & green chillies
2 - 3 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp white vinegar
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 cup hot water
Beef marinate:
400g beef / mutton
2 tbsp oyster sauce
2 tsp light soy sauce
1/2 tsp bicarbonate soda
1 tsp black pepper and white pepper powder
1 tbsp cornflour
