Roti Boyan / Potato Roti Ingredients: Potatoes (boiled & mashed) Onion (chopped) Spring onion (chopped) 1/2 tsp white pepper Salt to taste 4 eggs (beaten) Pastry Dough 1 kg flour 4 tbsp Planta margarine 3 cups cold water 1/2 tbsp salt Sambal Tumis Ikan Bilis Ingredients: blend 50 dried red chillies / 2 cups chillie paste 1 tbsp Ikan bilis 2 onions /20 shallots 6 garlic 4 cm ginger 1/2 tsp belacan 1 tsp tumeric powder 1 ikan bilis cube / 1 tsp chicken granules / 1 tsp seasoning 2 tbsp palm sugar Sugar to taste Salt to taste 1/2 tsp tamarind paste 1/4 cup vegetable oil Roti Boyan / Roti Kentang Bahan A: Inti Kentang: Kentang (rebus & lenyek) Bawang holland / bawang besar (dicincang) Daun Bawang (dicincang) 1/2 sudu teh lada putih Garam secukup rasa 4 biji telur Bahan B: Pastri Doh 1 kg Tepung gandum 4 sudu besar Planta margarine 3 cawan air ais 1/2 sudu garam Sambal Tumis Ikan Bilis Bahan Kisar 50 cili kering / 2 cawan cili kisar 1 sdm Ikan bilis 2 bawang / 20 bawang merah 6 bawang putih 3 cm halia 1/2 sudu kecil belacan 1 sdk kunyit 1 kuib ikan bilis / Kuib ayam / perasa 2 tbsp gula melaka Gula secukup rasa Garam secukup rasa 1/2 sudu teh asam jawa 1/4 cawan minyak sayuran Sambal Tumis Bawang / Onion Sambal Ingredients: 2 cups chilli paste 6 cloves garlic & 4cm ginger (blend) 5 sliced onions 2 tsp belacan 1 tsp tumeric powder 1 tsp seasoning 1 tbsp palm sugar Salt & sugar to taste 1/2 tsp tamarind paste

Nasi Minyak / Ghee Rice

 Recipe

Ingredients: 
  • 1 kg Basmati rice
  • 2 tbsp Ghee 
  • 5 tbsp vegetable oil (1/4 cup)
  • 1 can Evaporated milk
  • 2 Pandan leaves
  • 1 tbsp  ground almond 
  • 1 Chicken cube 
  • Coriander leaves
  • Egg Yellow colouring or Saffron milk (optional)
  • Fried shallots
  • Cashew nuts / Almond

Ingredients: 
  • 1 Cinnamon
  • 2 Star Anise
  • 4 cardarmom
  • 4 cloves
  • 2 Pandan leaves


Ingredients: {Slice}
  • 1 onion or 6 shallots 
  • 2 garlic (slice)


Blend / pound
  • 2 garlic
  • 3 cm ginger
