PRAWN CURRY








Prawn curry / Kari Udang

Ingredients: Prawns 2 lemongrass 5 cm galangal Curry leaves 1 tbsp mustard seeds 1 tsp tumeric 1 tbsp chillie powder 2 tbsp chillie paste 4 tbsp Babas Salted Fish Curry Mix 2 tbsp briyani powder (Adabi) 1 tbsp kerutuk powder (Adabi) 1/2 palm sugar (1 tbsp dark brown sugar or 1/2 tbsp sugar) 1 tbsp ground almond 100 ml coconut cream 1 tsp tamarind paste 1 ikan bilis cube (Anchovies) Salt to taste Coriander leaves Celery leaves Spring onion Ingredient: (slice) 1 onion or 5 shallots 3 garlic 3 cm ginger Ingredients: blend 1 onion or 10 shallots 3 garlic 4 cm ginger
