BEEF CURRY PUFF AND MIX VEGETABLE CURRY PUFF



















Epok-Epok Sayur / Vegetable Curry Puffs Pastry - Method 1 Ingredients: 500g all purpose flour 2 tbsp cornflour 1/2 tbsp salt 2 cups ice cold water 1/4 cup oil 1 tbsp ghee (optional)
Filling: Beansprouts Chives 2 carrots
1/4 tsp white pepper Salt to taste Blended Ingredients: 1 onion / 8 shallots 3 garlic 1 tbsp dried prawns Pastry - Method 2 Ingredients: 1 kg plain flour 2 tbsp rice flour 1 tbsp tapioca flour 1 tbsp Planta margarine 1 cup oil 400 ml warm water 3/4 tbsp salt Air Kapur (optional) : mix 1/8 tsp kapur 1 cup water
