Red snapper / Sea Bass / Mackerel / Tengiri
2 lemongrass
1 onions / 6 shallots
3 garlic
3 cm ginger
4 cm lengkuas
2 red & green chillies
1 tsp tumeric
Salt & sugar to taste
1/2 ikan bilis cube
3 tbsp tamarind paste
1 - 2 tbsp belacan
Bird's eye chillies (optional)
