BUBUR CHA CHA



Sweet dessert Bubur Cha Cha, cooked with sweet potatoes and coloured flour dough. Simply delicious, homemade serve it hot or cold ... Enjoy!










Bubur Cha Cha

Recipe

Ingredients:
Sweet Potatoes
Pandan leaves

Coloured Dough
4 tbsp flour
1 tbsp tapioca flour
1/4 tsp salt
1 - 2 cups water (adjust)

200 ml - 300 ml coconut cream

Palm sugar syrup
2 palm sugar
Sugar and salt to taste
2 pandan leaves

Recipe

Ingredients: 

Tempe
Beancurd
Long Beans
Beef / Mutton
Prawns

Blended ingredients:
1 onion
3 garlic
3 cm ginger

Ingredients: Pound / grind
2 red chillies
4 chillie padi
1 lemongrass 
1 tsp white peppercorns
5 candlenuts

Slice ingredients: 
2 onions
2 red chillies
2 green chillies

4 cm galangal (Slice / bruise)
1 tsp belacan
100 ml coconut cream
Sugar & salt to taste
