Beef / Mutton

Prawns

Squid

Chye Sim Vegetables (Sawi)

Blended ingredients:

1 onion or 8 shallots

3 garlic

2 cm ginger

1 tbsp black pepper

2 tbsp white pepper

1 tbsp oyster sauce

1 tsp sugar

3 - 4 tbsp fish sauce

1/4 tsp salt (optional)

Optional:

Fish balls

Bird’s eggs

Pickled Chillies

6 Red & green chillies ( slice)

2 - 3 tbsp sugar

2 tbsp white vinegar

1/4 tsp salt

1/4 cup hot water
