BEEF DALCA



Stewed vegetable curry or Beef Dalca Curry serve with rice and homemade Roti Prata. Here creating an easy home recipe on Dalca curry, loving it always, taste marvellous with Indian flat bread or roti prata. Thank you for watching and do share this delicious curry recipe☺️





Beef Dalca Ingredients: Beef shank & Ribs / Mutton 2 cups dhal (Yellow Lentils) 5 cm ginger Potatoes Brinjals Long Beans Tomatoes Green Chillies Coriander Leaves Spring onion Other ingredients: 5 tbsp oil 1 tbsp ghee 4 dried chillies 2 lemongrass Curry leaves 2 pandan leaves Mix spices: 1 cinnamon stick 2 star anise 4 cardamom 4 cloves 1 tbsp mix fenugreek or halba campur Blended ingredients: 2 onions or 25 shallots 4 garlic 5cm ginger Curry mix: 3 tbsp curry powder 1 tbsp garam masala 1 tsp tumeric 1 tbsp chillie powder 1 tsp coriander powder 1 tsp fennel powder 1 tsp cumin powder Mix spices: (optional) Dry fry Coriander seeds Fennel seeds Cumin seeds Blackpeppercorns Mustard Seeds Step 1 Boil beef & ribs for 10 mins, discard water, rinse. Boil beef & ribs, add a tsp salt water and cook for 1 hour Salt & sugar to taste 3 tbsp tamarind paste or 4 tamarind slice 200 ml coconut cream Sauteed ingredients: Tumis Darat 2 tbsp oil 1 tsp ghee 1 onion or shallots (slice) 2 garlic 1 tsp cumin seeds Curry leaves
