SALAM LEBARAN MA'AF ZAHIR BATIN





Eid Mubarak, greetings to all muslim brothers and sisters> May you had a blessed Ramadhan, achieved some of your goals and fulfilled your days with joy. Wishing you all smiles, everything nice and may this Eid bring all the comfort you ever need.  My sincere greetings to all muslims visitors, subscribers, friends and relatives. Few uploads to share, Nasi Tomato or Tomato Rice specially serve on festive occasions or on special days. Easy and  amazingly delicious rice dish, commonly serve with spicy side dishes Ayam Masak Merah and Acar Jelatah.





Nasi tomato tasty and delicious perfect for six to eight persons. Easy to cook and we just love it!





Cooking this rice dish is simpler than making briyani rice and the use of mutton stock makes it just perfect. To make mutton stock, boil the mutton, discard the first boil and rinse well. Boil with fresh water, ginger slices and salt to taste. Skim the fats on the surface for a clear mutton stock similar methods for making beef and chicken stock.






Tomato Rice or Nasi Tomato with amazing flavours and delicious . Ayam brand tomato puree a perfect sauce for the rice whereas the for Ayam Masak Merah I've used tomato puree  'Gilda' brand anyhow both works!










Quick and easy Acar, sweet spicy crisp mix salad and great with chicken rice too!





Looking at the pics, feels like making these again.  Good as it looks, hoping to have it on my Hari Raya visits .. can I have these .... somewhere?











Lontong dish on the first day Hari Raya, sambal goreng, rendang and sambal cook with love for my lovely family. Anyway happy to share these again, improve and we learn along the way.








Couple of Hari Raya cookies, these are my 'old time' favourites the way I like it! Kuih Makmur freshly baked and homemade pineapple tarts!








Spicy egg sambal cooked with red sugar (or dark brown sugar) taste amazingly delicious, no video takes ... must try! Sambal goreng shared and enjoyed with my close relatives. Frozen serunding still taste perfect which I kept for quite a while a time saver for this lontong dish.
