SAMBAL GORENG AND KERUTUK AYAM

Kerutuk Ayam, created with my choice of ingredients and it's amazingly delicious curry dish. Unlike the common Chicken curry, Kerutuk Chicken dish has a more thicker gravy. Let's share a recipe and thanks for watching!







Sambal Goreng

Recipe Ingredients: A Fry ingredients: Beancurd Tempe Beef / Mutton *Beef lung (Paru) *Chicken Liver (*Boiled and cut into cubes) 6 crushed garlic 1/4 tsp salt Ingredients: B Slice ingredients: 4 onions 10 - 15 red & green chillies 10 dried chillies Ingredients: C Prawns Long beans Green chillies Red Chillies 5 Lime leaves 2 Tumeric leaves Ingredients: D Blend 3 onions or 20 shallots 6 garlic 6 cm ginger 4 candlenuts 1 lemongrass 1 tsp tumeric Ingredients: E 2 lemongrass 4 - 5 slices galangal (lengkuas) Ingredients: F 160 ml - 180 ml coconut milk (adjust) 1 tsp shrimp paste granules (belacan) 1 tsp tamarind 2 tbsp dark brown sugar or palm sugar Sugar and salt to taste



Kerutuk Chicken 


Recipe

Ingredients: Chicken 100 ml Coconut milk Potatoes Spices: 1 cinnamon 2 star anise 3 cardamom 4 cloves  

Blended ingredients:
2 onions or 20 shallots 
4 garlic 4 cm ginger 2 lemongrass 4 cm galangal (slice or bruise) 3 tbsp kerutuk curry mix or curry powder 1 tbsp chillie powder 1 tsp tumeric powder Optional: 1/4 tsp nutmeg 1 tsp black peppercorns - grind Chicken granules 1 tbsp coriander powder 1 tsp fennel powder 1 tsp cumin powder 1/2 tbsp dark brown sugar Salt to taste
