3 cups flour

3 tbsp tapioca flour

4 1/2 - 5  cups palm sugar syrup (adjust)

1 tsp Lye water (air kapur)

Palm sugar syrup

6 palm sugar

1 cup dark brown sugar

3 tbsp sugar

Salt to taste

1/2 pot water
