CRAB CURRY / KETAM CURRY












Kari ketam / Curry Crab Ingredients: Crabs 1 tbsp mustard seeds 1 tsp spice mix 2 lemongrass 5cm galangal Curry leaves Green chillies 1 tsp tumeric 1 tbsp chillie powder 2 tbsp chilli paste 5 tbsp Babas Salted fish curry mix 1 tbsp garam masala 1/2 palm sugar or 1 tbsp dark brown sugar 2 tbsp tamarind paste 200 ml coconut cream 1 ikan bilis cube Salt to taste 4 tbsp chillie sauce Coriander leaves Celery leaves Spring onion Ingredients:slice 1 onion or 5 shallots 3 garlic 3 cm ginger Ingredients: blend 1 onion or 10 shallots 3 garlic 4 cm ginger Kari ketam Bahan-bahan: Ketam 1 sudu besar biji sawi 1 sudu kecil campuran ketumbar, jintan manis & jintan putih (disangai) 2 batang serai 5cm galangal Daun kari Cili hijau 1 sudu kunyit 1 sudu besar serbuk cili 2 sudu besar pes cili 5 sudu besar Kari ikan Babas (Ikan Masin) 1 sudu besar garam masala 1/2 gula melaka atau 1 sudu besar gula perang 2 sudu besar asam pes 200 ml santan kelapa 1 kiub ikan bilis Garam secukup rasa 4 sudu makan sos chillie Daun ketumbar Daun saderi Daun bawang Bahan2 - di hiris: 1 biji bawang besar atau 5 biji bawang kecil 3 biji bawang putih 3 cm halia Bahan2 - di kisar 1 biji bawang besar atau 10 biji bawang kecil 3 biji bawang putih 4 cm halia
